Returns & Exchanges 

If you receive an order and are not in love, do not stress! Pink’s Denver offers the chance to exchange items or exchange for store credit, within 10 days receiving your order. Unfortunately, if 10 days have gone by after your delivery date, we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. As a small and local business, at this time we are NOT offering full refunds on items.

Exchanges and store credit will NOT be approved or given for items that are damaged or worn.

Why 10 days for an exchange and store credit? Pink’s is constantly hand picking the best items for you to shop from! To ensure you stand out, we only order a select number of sizes in each style. In doing so, we cannot guarantee how long a style will remain in store.

Exchanges

  • Once your return has been delivered to the store, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned order.
  • A following email will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned order.
  • If you are approved for an exchange, then you will receive an email giving you a store credit code.

Defective Items 

No one likes receiving defective items! Before shipping out any order, all items will be fully inspected and looked over to ensure the best quality. Unfortunately, everybody makes mistakes. If you believe you received an item with a manufacturer error, please contact us at:

Shipping 

If you decided to make an exchange or receive store credit, Pink's Denver will not be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to the store. You also have the option to make exchanges and receive store credit by returning the item to our store front.
